I’ve struggled for a long time with pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear. The “signal” permeates the entire hearing system, taking down the right ear and hearing in general. At the audiologist I often wonder what the pure tones I should be hearing over the internally generated tinnitus? I’ve used a tinnitus mask to change the unpleasant blood rushing sound to a more pleasant noise.
